Associate Creative Director
Role Summary:
As an integral part of the creative team, this is a role where you can use your vast design powers for good at a startup with real purpose.
Your range of skills and hands-on designing and conceptualising will make a real difference, bringing our brand and the company’s product offering to life.
Most of all, you’ll help manage and execute best-in-class work as a talented member of a dynamic marketing team that is
standing up the next great internet company reinventing the way businesses source and buy services worldwide.
What you will be doing:
Leading by example by putting your vast experience to work in an exciting, high-paced B2B and B2E environment
Testing your skills to create a broad scope of results-driven designs, concepts, campaigns, presentations, collateral and more across digital, print, web, and video
Creating work that engages various personae throughout their customer lifecycle, pushing at all times to be interesting, ingestible and relevant to the audience
Developing scalable designs for B2B marketing materials up and down the funnel
Working closely with copywriters, project owners, and stakeholders to produce effective, error-free work
Guiding other designers and writers to maximize creative effectiveness
Championing a tight visual aesthetic that empowers our innovative brand character and is attractive to our target audiences
Helping define the standards of our growing brand
Acting autonomously and as part of a team to meet deadlines and deliverables
Facing quick turnarounds with grace, while being held to an incredibly high standard
What we are looking for:
Minimum 8 years as a graphic artist, motion designer, art director, or visual effects pro in an advertising agency, marketing department, or production house
In-depth knowledge of B2B and B2E marketing and global professional services
Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, XD, and other creative cloud applications
Experience managing and giving direction to contract and internal creative staff
Exceptional design, layout, typography, and motion capabilities
Working knowledge of HTML & CSS
Bachelor’s degree in art, design, communications, or a similar field
Ability to manage workload on multiple projects across several timelines with rapidly changing priorities
Experience working with an existing brand book and style guide
Innovative portfolio with proven ability to showcase storytelling in business materials
